While I am no longer participating in the BL challenge, I want to wish everyone well and no one more so than Buc.  He is an extraordinary man and I hope each one of you will continue to support him on his journey towards a healthy body and life.  Buc deserves great happiness and for any of you who ever get to email or meet him,  you will see what a terrific person he is.  This is a journey worth making, a quest for health and peace that you will fulfill!   I believe in you.
